RFIC Design Engineer
Job Description:
1. Collaborate with other engineers as a team to architect/define/specify/design RF block, especially power amplifier, down to transistor level.
2. Use circuit simulation tools (primarily ADS and HFSS) to perform schematic-level simulation, EM simulation and layout.
3. Develop and revise final product design to improve performance/quality.
4. Verify product performance and support product qualifications.
5. Technically support on the yield improvement and applications.
Required Skills:
1. Gook understanding of RF theory.
2. Good Understand semiconductor device and process.
3. RF IC design experience in GaAs or CMOS or SOI process is preferred.
4. Design using ADS/HFSS software is required, Cadence is a plus.
5. Experience with RF test equipments, such as vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator and so on is preferred.
6. Good knowledge on FDD-LTE/TDD-LTE/WCDMA/EDGE/GPRS/GSM is a plus.
7. Master's degree or above (or similar by experience) in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
